The Role
As a Salon Coordinator, you are more than a receptionist—you are a brand ambassador. You will manage the guest experience from start to finish, ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and pampered.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism; manage check-in/check-out seamlessly.
Expert Guidance: Educate guests on our premium product lines, including Davines and Oribe.
Strategic Scheduling: Handle high-volume calls with courtesy, managing complex calendars and prioritizing "pre-booking" to support our stylists' growth.
Operational Excellence: Utilize Point of Sale (POS) software for transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and ensure daily reports are 100% accurate.
Salon Support: Maintain a pristine, organized facility and assist floor staff and management with daily operational needs.

Position Requirements
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a must.
Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week). Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (including shifts past 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM).
Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and navigate stairs comfortably.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using salon booking and POS software.
Compensation: Starting hourly rate is negotiable based on your level of experience.
